I've got my AOS approved, and my passport got stamped on march 22, and still didn't get my card on the mail, , I went at the local office to ask about it on april 16, and they said, everything was fine, and my card has been sent to card production, but still nothing. And when I check my status online, still say I-485 pending, isn't that weird? Did anyone went through this before? How long it took to get the card in the mail?

If you have Moved then Note that the INS doesn't forward any mail. A change of address is necessary.
Other than that, If its been approved you in good status. They will stamp your passport with the temporally stamp until you get your card
I would make an infopass after a few more months and check on it with the local district office
Good luckDisclaimer:Not legal advise! Use at your own risk.
