Hi,
I am a US citizen and my parents finally got their immigrant visas stmaped at the delhi embassy in march 2007: they are planning to come to US in july 2007.
Is there a minimum duration of stay every year in US for them: I have an unmarried and dependent brother who lives in India and property that needs to be taken care of? They want to visit US every year but cannot reside all the time here.
I have tried INS website and multiple other sources but no concrete info is available. Any help will be appreciated.
