My husband was with a consulting firm till last year May 2006, during that time they applied for our labor which was approved and soon after that they filed for our I140 as well. My husband got a new job in august 2006 as since it was fulltime position he changed his H1 to new employer. Our I 140 was cleared in January 2007. Now since the EB dates are current, we want to know if we are eligible to continue our GC process from our previous employer if the previous employer is willing to do.
