Would I have any problem on the US border when my GC is close to the expiration date?

Hello friends,
I am a CR green-card holder through marriage to citisen and want to know:
After I send a join petition letter with my husband to remove my CR statuse, can I go to my native country while I have 2 more months untill my 2 year conditional gc expires? Will I have any problem when entering the US border when my conditional GC will still be valied for one month on my way back? I need to go to my country for one month only.
I was searching for this info in the forum, and didn't find any.
I would appriciate your advice. Thank you.
