How long do I need to stay in the greencard sponsored company after receiving the greencard??

well most people stay for at least 6 months. Your Gc is not revoked just because you left the employer but questions might come at the time of citizenship interview. There is no law specifying a minimum time period, only the question of intent as GC was meant for permanent employment.
