My father is Green Card holder and he went to India few months ago and he is coming back on first week of September. He has to go back to India for some medical treatments after he stay in US for about 6 more months.
I just found out that re-entry form I-131 fees are going to increase after July 30th. Can I fill out the form I-131 before July 30th for my father? Please response me as soon as possible. This is very important for me to know.
