GC from asylum and re-entry permit.

Hi everyone,
I just received my GC few weeks ago.
I got my GC from asylum and i'm planning to go out of state less than 1 month.
I've apply re-entry permit before i received my GC and they haven't approve it.
My question is can i travel out of state without re-entry permit?
I have my national pasport and my GC only?
I'm not going back to my country.
