I am a green card holder since the last 3 years,but,at present, i am studying abroad .Two years ago, I made a trip to u.s and there , i met with some problems with the immgration,as they told me i had stayed outside the u.s for more than 9 months and next time i come back ,after a long break like this,i need a re-entry permit.According to their advice i had applied for a re-entry permit,which is valid till april 4th,2008.I have already made a re-entry in the u.s after i got this document last year in september..What i would like to know is, how many times i can make a re-entry into u.s while within its validity period???...
i am plannin to make a trip to u.s this october,and i wanted to clear this matter,or should i face difficulties again with the u.s immigration..kindly reply me asap on this issue
