I am married to US citizen for 1,2 year. I got my conditional green card in may 2007.
So I do need to apply to remove conditions in march 2009? -----question 1 ----Is it wrigth?

    -----question 2-----
When I can apply for citizenship if i will be still living with my husband? I am in America since may 2005, got married in august 2006, got my grinn card in may 2007.

    -----question 3-----
When we moved to new apartment I forgot to change address in immigration. We got a tax return under old address (it was forwarded by mail) but all other evidence are on new address. Is it make sense?

    Answer #1
Yes, it is right. You must have to remove 2-years conditional permanent resident requirement in order to get 10-years GC. You have to file USCIS form I-751.

    Answer #2
Citizenship has different requirements than GC. You don’t necessarily have to be in relationship, if it is abusive (in case GC based on family-sponsor) for citizenship but GOOD MORAL CHARACTER.

    Answer #3
It is a serious lapse from your side that not to inform USCIS for address change. It may affect your citizenship. File form AR-11 for address change and you have to do it till you are Permanent Resident of US.
USCIS and IRS are two different federal agency and work together on immigration matter.
