Divorce After GreenCard

Hello everyone,

I have been planning to divorce my husband before I got my greencard. He's been cheating on me every now and then and I cannot take it anymore. It's been less than 5 months that I got my approved greencard and was given 10 years. Will this affect my status here? Does anyone know a divorce for low-income like me? How will I start? Thanks and I appreciate all your suggestions.

If you have received permanent green card (10 years one) and not the conditional green card (2 years one), you are all set.

Green card is yours to keep even if you divorce your spouse now.
