  • After Green Card

    Hi,

I am a canadian citizen, and my wife is a US citizen. When we filed I-130 (more than a yr ago), my marriage was less than 2 yrs. Therefore, my greed card is a conditional greed card. I now am have been in US two months. After I moved to US and live with my wife, I found out the my wife is going out with some guy. make matters worse, she is prenant with this guy.

I am in a dilemma. Divorce her, I'll lose my green card as I needed her to joint me to remove the condition on my greed card after two years. not devorcing her, I dont know if I cant the situation.

Find a family law lawyer, for the divorce.
Find an immigration lawyer, for the I-751 plus waiver to remove conditions.

You can remove the conditions on your green card without your wife, you just need to prove that the marriage was entered in good faith.

Get evidence of her cheating on you.
