Regarding conditional GC

I would like to know if there are any types of restrictions on the conditional GC as far as traveling outside the US goes. Is it possible to travel to europe for example ? or should I wait until I have applied for the removal of the conditions and received the permanent GC after 2 years?

There are no restrictions from the USA point of view. Depending on the country you visit in Europe though, you may need a visit. But with your conditional GC you are free to enter and leave the USA as you please (for as long as it is not longer than 1 year).
