Dear Sir/Madam
I am just move to the US 4 months legally and holding "welcome letter to the US and including recept# & Alien#" and alos got SS# and Statement bank. But recent i am waiting card (green card). My question is:
1) Can i go out side the USA immidiately after i get green card in this week and next week i go out to work in Bangkok, Thailand?
2) Can i apply for Re-entry permit without card (green card) as i get mention above?
3) If US.Department of Homeland Security allow me to have Re-entry permit can i recieve it at USA embassy at Bangkok, Thaind?
