change of name on my green card

To whom it may concern.

I am currently a German citizen with a Green Card. I have recently married and need to change my name on my current Green Card. I was wondering if there is any information you can send me via regular mail. I don't trust doing things like this via online. Is there a change of name packet I can receive with all of the correct documents and items I need to include upon my submission.
