Joint Taxes

I Got My Temporary Green Card In Dec. 2006. Me And My Wife Filed Joint Taxes For 2006. However, We Cant File Joint Taxes For 2007 (my Wife Has Problems With Her Employer). In 2008 Im Supposed To File For Permanent Green Card. Is The Fact That The 2007 Taxes Will Not Be Joint A Problem? WE HAVE JOINT BANK ACCOUNTS, TELEPHONE, CELL PHONE AND CABLES.

Not entirely a problem, but I would suggest to get the problem fix and then file taxes, you can ask for an extension if needed.
