Change in Processing times for I-751
Hi,
I applied for change in status in May 2007 at Nebraska Service Center. My GC expired in Jul 07. After I applied, I received letter from USCIS that my GC is valid for one more year. When I checked for processing times for I751 at Nebraska Center in Jan 08, it was showing Mar 07 indicating my application would be processed sometime in Mar or Apr 08. But when I checked today, the processing time for I751 has been revised to Jul 06. They moved it back almost 9 months. So now my application will not be processed till Feb 09 and the extension on my GC will expire by then. Does any one else face this problem or does any one know what steps I should take? Thanks for your help.
