Issuance of correct Permanent Resident Card

I am a new Immigrant . I was issued a Permanent Resident Card but the SPELLINGS of my name were incorrectly written on the Card. I sent back the card for correction on April 03,2008 but the corrected Card has still not been received. I passed my Driver's Test in Reno/nv but Driver's permit is with-held because of non-availability of Original Permanent Resident Card. Can you please help in advising possible date for receiving back my Correct Permanent Resident Card ?

You have to file form G-731 available at /us-visa-and-immigration-forms/
