I filed late my 2006 taxes and I owe some taxes of which I am trying to pay back and have gotten on a payment plan with the IRS. I am told I have to apply for the new card because I have one of the cards that do not have an expiration. Do you think this will be a problem when I go for my appointment. I am worried because I have two american born kids which I am raising on my own. I have lived hear all my life. I am 35 years old and I have lived here since I was 9 months old. Any advice will be greatly appreciated
