My daughter is 9 years old and she is attending school overseas. I want to apply for a rnew eentry permit before her current reentry permit expires on September 16, 2008. Since she is not yet 14 she does not need to wait for the finger prints.
Persons over 14 have to wait for biometrics appointment and cannot leave until fingerprinted but can the minor leave the country. Do I wait for the appointment to have her picture taken or do I send her passport photos in with her application.
