Can my green card be revoked?

My wife, who is a US citizen, and I got married 5 years ago. I got my green card 3 years ago but am not a US citizen. We have a son together but now my wife wants to separate.

Could my green card be revoked if we get divorced? In this situation, will I get any benefit if I become a US citizen?

Do you have an unconditional (10 year) GC? if so, then there is no problem.
