To whom it may concern:
My 87 yr old mother-in-law had her wallet stolen. In her wallet, was her Green Card, Drivers License, and her Social Security Card, amongst other things. Her driver's license was just renewed last year, and her green card was renewed 2yrs ago. As we understand, she cannot get her green card renewed without a valid drivers' license or valid photo ID. She cannot get her driver's license renewed, without a valid "proof of citizenship". What are we to do? Our hands are tied.
We would appreciate any help you can give us.
