Dear Sir or Madam:
Thanks for reading my letter.I am a new immigrant that has already get a permanent resident card.So without a reentry permit I can stay out of the U.S for no more than a month.
But I am told that in some situations, the one who stay outside the USA for eleven months or so(no more than 360 days), are refused entry into the U.S.when they return.Would it happen?
In the situation of my own,I am carrying on my higher education in SUN YAT-SEN UNIVERSITY in China, so before I get my bachelor’s degree three years later, I can only go to America once a year. And after that I want to get a master’s degree in the U.S and work in America. Now I can only go to America once a year and stay here no more than two months. Because when my summer holiday ends, I have to be back.
I am not sure will it make any trouble with doing like this? I am eager to get an authoritative anwser from you, my sincere friend. May I have a short write back?
