Traveling to Mexico (have green card)

I have an active green card and thinking to take a vacation in Mexico. Several questions: 1-Do I need to have a reentry passport? 2-How long will it take to get it? I have 23 days from now and about to send I-131 out. 3-On the I-131 form part 1-question 3 asks about my "class of admission". What is it? 4-Do I send out the form with copy of my green card, 2 photos and a check in the same envelope? Thanks in advace

when you have green card, you do not need any re-entry permit or visa to go to Mexico. so none of your questions need to be answered.

just make sure you do not spend more than 6 months outside the US.
