Reentry from Canada

Hello,

My parents came to USA in Feb 2008 on family file. After 2-3 months they are living with us in Canada. Now they want to go back India with reentry permitts. what documents should I have to attached with I-131 ? Do I have to attached tickets also ? If yes then is it okay from Toront-India tickets or has departure from USA only. Can I give the fingure prints in Canada ?

They must file for re-entry permit while in US.

Do I have to attached Air tickets with re entry form ? And what else I have to enclosd with I-131 form ?
