I am a medical student in NEPAL and I want to continue my MD here then I will go to USA for Residency.So,I want to maintain my green Card as well my study.I want to fill I-131 online. Is it possible to fill this form staying Abroad?If so,is it possible to give fingerprinting at the USA embassy located in my country if it is needed?? I am seekng for your kind suggestion.Hoping for your kind and quick response!!
