Hi,
OK here it goes. I know this man who got married here to a US citizen in 1980's just to get a green card. He was already married in India and he did not give his first wife a divorce also. Did he do a immigration fraud?
Then what he did was he called his first wife by changing the picture on someone Else's passport which already had a US visa (in those days there was no picture on the visas) and pasting her photo on that. Then he adjusted her status and now both of them are US citizens. His 2 children also got the benefit and they are now US citizens as well. Can all of their citizenship be revoked if INS finds out the fraud. Will it trigger the investigation if i simple report this?
How do i report this and what is the correct process. I managed to get his first marriage certificate as an evidence piece. I just want to see them behind bars for the many crimes and financial frauds they have done here in this country which gave them so much.
Any help is appreciated.
