I have been submitted my I-751 and now they need more evidence that I have been give it to them my wife and bank account,car insurance,health insurance under both name

The thing we dont have is phone bills and house lease , because my credit it was not enought to lease house,and the office asked to support witness affidavits there is any form that i can use?
