Re-Entry Permit

I have fully paid for both of these in an attempt to get a re-entry permit for travel. Both my mom and I a legal, and both have a green card. I need an reentry permit so I can go to Europe for vacation. I don't know what else to do. Please help in my attempt to get a re-entry permit. I have been sent a letter but I have no idea what action needs to take place from my part.

You need to wait for fingerprint notice and get fingerprinted.
