Hello,
My fiance was granted B1/B2 visa from her company in India. The visa is valid till more 10 yrs.
She was here in US for three months and went back to india last week.
Since iam a green card holder, i know i cant bring her here on any status, but wondering whether she can travel here on B2 visa( since she has B1/B2).
If Yes (
), does she still need her company documents at the port of entry since her company applied for her visa? Or she can directly enter into US and nobody questions her? Or can she say at the port of entry that Iam or any of my friends or ralatives sposering for her trip.
Could anybody please let me know how the whole thing works ?
