Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a permanent resident of the U.S. and a Canadian Citizen. I and my family have just moved to Geneva, Switzerland, where my husband’s work will have us for the next couple of years.
My application for re-entry was returned to me because my payment was incorrect (a discrepancy with the information given on the website). I included the correct payment and mailed it along with some other letters to be mailed within the U.S. to my parents in Homestead, Florida who were to in turn mail out the individual pieces to their correct addresses.
My parents have yet to receive this package which was mailed about a month ago. Shall I cancel the check and re-file my re-entry application from Geneva?
I am not including any personal information in this e-mail until I receive your advice.
Thank you.
