Urgent Help Needed Please!!!
My 18 yr old daughter was duped by an Italian illegal into marriage in order to get his green card. I found this out today and it happened 2 weeks ago. The illegal is trying to get her to a lawyer now to get the paperwork for the GC!!! Please help us because we don't know what to do. She DID NOT know it was illegal and thought she was being helpful.
The Italian will not produce the paperwork... we don't know his last name nor his address. Only his cell number and his friends.
Please help us as I am trying to do the right thing for my daughter. Please tell us what to do and what ramifications will occur!
