HI this is Arsalan from pakistan iam green card holder which will expire on 2010.
I need a help im just 19 yrs old wit my parents living in pakistan i went to USA in 1999 and got a permit for two years (expire in 2002) then in 2000 came back to pakistan .
In 2001 my mom got sick and she was seriously ill thats why my father refused to travel to back to USA because my mom was not in that condition to travel. Her weight was goin down to 40s my dad was confused last year end of 2007 she was getting improvment in her health now she is quit okay to go back to usa.
I heard about returning resident status visa but im so worried tht should we quilify for that or if we apply for that will we approved or not or if approved how much time it will take???
please help me im a studnet of accounts i want to continue my studies in USA as early i dont want to waste my time
so please
