Hi,
I want to get a greencard for me and my husband to live in Florida. My parents live in Florida, and I had a greencard but had to surrender it a couple of years ago to stay in the UK with my (was) fiance. I can think of a few possible ways to get over, can you tell me which are feasible/which you think is the best way?
1. Wait for parents to become citizens - they can apply this May. How long from them applying that they will become citizens roughly? Also, do I need to wait for this date before applying?
2. I apply to get my greencard re-instated. Is this even possible?! Could my husband come with me? if not, what visa would he apply under?
3. My grandparents are citizens - is there any way of getting over through them?
Sorry for all the questions, I am very confused!
