Please I need advise on that:
I have an IR-1 Visa, stamped on my passport through a US embassy in a foriegn country, I'm planning to travel to the states within the next few month " before 6 month", and due to the current econmoic conditions, i might not be able to find a job where i'm going, then i'm asking if i can leave the US after i reach there without losing my LPR status, in case i couldn't find a job there, till things get better?
