I returned to India morethan a year ago after getting Reentry permit. Myself a conditional resident married to a US citizen. Both my GC and Reentry permit will expire in the 1st week of December 2009. I need to file I-751 for removal of conditions during 90 days prior to expiry.
Do I need to submit Biometric Fingerprints in FD-258 alongwith I-751 ? If Yes, from where to get fingerprints done in form FD-258 ? It is informed that i will be India and my wife in USA will file our jointly signed application I-751.
Will the USCIS accept my application I-751 without fingerprints if US embassy does not agree to do my fongerprints ?
