hi! If its not much of a bother I would like to get an advice on what to do about my expiring re entry.. I currently have valid re entry permit and sadly its about to expire on october 2nd 2009. I plan on filing a new re entry permit but what I forgot to plan was to be here when I file it for the biometrics requirement purposes. (I was thinking that I could still do e-filing.) Ive already booked a flight and will be flying two weeks from now and I cant possibly cancel it. Id like to propose something that what if I cannot fly back on or before october but I would be able to somewhere around march 2010. Should I risk filing a SB Visa (returning resident) or send my current re entry and file a new one? (or is it too late for this already?) thoughts anyone? Any thoughts at all or suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.
