Can Permanent Residency be revoked?
If a spouse has a permanent residency card, but moves back to his Country only to return back to USA to meet criteria for staying out of the country for more than legally possible,work and file taxes in the USA? Only to turn around and report to Hearing Examiner for Child Support that he doesn't live here and doesn,t have a job be given the privelege to keep permenant residency?
