Part 7 of N-400

Part 7 asks for all trips outside the US since you became a permanent resident. I have been a PR for 14 years (coming from Canada) and have travelled back to see family every year or two. It will be difficult to figure out the last 5 years let alone the last 14 years. How far back do I need to go? And what if I can only figure out the months and don’t know exact dates?
