To whom it may concern,
I have recently moved and has misplaced his Resident Alien Card. He knows the “A” number from the card which I checked to verify and it is a good number. However, his current employer is asking for the “card” number. We have checked sample cards and are unable to determine what the “card” number actually is. Is it possible to obtain this information over the phone if I provide you with his “A” number? He has just started a new job and it would be very difficult for him to take time off in order to do this in person.
Any information you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks you in advance for your assistance.
