Married in another country

I was married to my husband in mexico and came here to the us states illegally six years ago. Do i have to go to mexico to get a divorce or can it be done throght here??? I want to remarry and divorce my current husband. And do i have to get a divorce from here to since it will be considered a common law marriage?? Please help!!! Thank you!!

how do you plan on re-entering the USA? your are subject to a 10 year bar from returning to the US with any kind of visa.
