My brother lives in Bombay, India and has 10 year multiple entry visa to USA. MY brother would like to wind up everthing from Bombay settle down in USA. We are looking to opening a small business which will be good income for my brother. Now I would like to know if there is any such visa that can enable us to do this. Can he go for EB5 category? I am US citizen-Can I sponsor him for EB5 category?
