Hi PraetorianXI i hope you can help me and my husband for all our question,
I have lots of question since we doesn't want to hire an atty.first i think its easy processing all the papers by myself,but i still need some advise for assurance.
Just view my status online that we will receive my GC after 30days.
-is it really take 30days or we will receive it before 30days?
-when i get my GC do i need to wait specific time to visit my country?
-do i need to apply re-entry permit if i go outside US,like if i wanna go to japan for 3mos.?
-how long can i stay in my country using my GC?
