Is it $1010 or $1710-filiing fee?
Hello,
I attached an amount of $1710.00 for filing an I-485. I have included my daughter in my application. But I was rejected by the USCIS sayign that the amount should be $1010.00 instead of $1710.00. It not a problem to send a check with their request but how about my daughter? Please refer the I-485 application form in the USCIS website.
