I belive my husband of 4 years has played me for his green card and won. His permenant one came on the first of the month...now I'm a thief, he has thrown myself, and my children out of our home, I have no money...Oh yeah did I mention that it seems that he is legally married in his home country ? I heard there's a form to file in this situation but the web site is hard to navigate...and I belive he's on his way out of the country. What have I done !!:

Sorry to hear what you are going through. Since he has a permanent GC you cannot do much, however, if he was married at the time he married you and you can prove it, he will be deported since he lied under oath. If you can prove that he was already married, you can prove that he married you only to get a GC and in that case he will get into deportation proceedings.
