returning to country of origin after getting K-3 Visa
This is an odd question...my husband should be getting his visa this fall, but cannot leave his current job until December. He would like to travel to the US before that. He would only be able to stay for a week or two. Are there any problems with him visiting and then returning home before he moves permanently?
