I was a US green card holder but I left US before receiveing my physical green card. I did remain outside of US for five years without re-entry permit. I am filing the income tax returns every year without fail. Moreover both of my kids are US citizens, Is there any possibility for re-entry? Could I process a special immigrant visa?
