back in the US after almost 2 years of absence ?
Hi,
I'm LPR, in the US, filled tax forms for 2008 for the whole family, but my wife is outside of the US since almost 2 years without re-entry permit. She has GC since 2005, but stayed in the US 3-4 weeks per year, until Sept 2007.
What options/chances would be for her to be back in US ? Applying for returning resident visa will work ?
