Married more than two years before getting Green Card

My wife finally got her green card after a lengthy wait. She entered the US on a K3 Visa about 26 months ago. We were married in the Philippines prior to her coming to the US. As I understood it if we had been married for more than two years when her application was approved she would get a non-conditional green card. However despite being married for 26 months prior to her residency date her card says CR6 implying it is a conditional card. Has anyone contacted USCIS and successfully requested a non CR card under these circumstances?
