My son's Re-entry Permit will expire on 03/02/2010. He is working in Japan now. He will not be able to come to the U.S.A. within one month prior to expiration of his re-entry permit. He is scheduled to come to my house in Los Angeles and to stay here about one week at the end of this year or at the beginning of next year.
Can he apply for an extension of his re-entry permit at the above-mentioned time when he comes here?
