Hi,
My Father Reentry-Permit is expiring in march,2010.
But he had a operation this year. and would not be able to come to US at least for one year from now. And my Mom too, cause she also has to stay there to take care of my father.
Can you help to get rid of these situation? Can I file for Reentry-permit extension for Him and Her on medical ground?
What could be the best alternative. if I can file Reentry-permit extension, What form I need to file. if you can provide me link it will the great help.
Any help would be really appreciated.
